## Coverage and dates
Registry snapshot: 2026-09-24. 64674 licence–specialty rows, 57305 distinct licence numbers. 57118 public profiles; 187 conflicting licence identities withheld. 11952 profiles have accepted enrichment; 3567 have clinic cities. These counts overlap; do not sum them. No automatic refresh is active. Documentation updated 2026-09-27.

Licence details and certified specialties come from the Ministry. Hospital and practice data are independently matched using unique full name and explicit specialty support, with conflicts withheld. These are rule-accepted links, not independently verified identities or certainty guarantees. Ambiguous source records stay private. Status observations have their own dates; unknown status never means unlicensed. Hospital affiliation is not clinic geography. Editorial prominence is not clinical quality. Cite each canonical profile, evidence and relevant date.
