One canonical profile per unambiguous Ministry licence identity, with registration dates and certified specialties. Accepted hospital roles, clinic expertise and cities enrich the same profile.

Hospital and clinic observations are matched independently by unique full name and explicit specialty support. Rule acceptance is not independent identity verification. Ambiguous source records are excluded from public results.

Registry snapshot: 24 September 2026. No automatic refresh. Clinic cities never come from hospital locations. Editorial prominent-doctor selections are not clinical-quality ratings.
